My quest for upbeat art news for the blog has been foiled again.  The Kunsthal Museum in Rotterdam, Netherlands, was robbed early this morning and seven priceless works of art were stolen.  The paintings removed in the heist include Waterloo Bridge, London (1901) and Charing Cross Bridge, London (1901) by Claude Monet, Harlequin Head (1971) by Picasso, and
